The Rising Star program is a year-long initiative designed to identify, nurture, and elevate the exceptional talent within our community. We firmly believe that every young athlete, artist, or talented individual deserves the opportunity to thrive and fulfill their aspirations. Through this program, Plant a Seed is committed to providing a platform that helps participants unlock their potential, connect with valuable resources, and propel them towards achieving their goals.
Selection
Process
The Rising Star program features a selection process known as PAS Got Talent. Aspiring individuals are invited to submit a video showcasing their talent along with an intake form. This process allows us to identify the most promising talents and provide them with the support, resources, and opportunities available through the program.
