We had an incredible time participating in this year’s Empower Health Expo.

Throughout the day, our team connected with families, shared resources, and introduced attendees to the heart of what we do at Plant A Seed, from youth support and senior outreach to cultural empowerment and human trafficking prevention. 

It was inspiring to meet so many people passionate about improving their health and the well-being of those around them. 

This wasn’t your typical health fair interactive services, hands-on wellness activities, and meaningful dialogue made it an experience to remember. 

It reinforced the message that true wellness starts with education, access, and human connection.
